Simple File Manager, henceforth referred to as the application, provides file service to Shopify merchants, henceforth referred to as users, to manage their files on Shopify with native file manager capabilities. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install and use the application on your Shopify store.
Upon installation the following information about your store is accessed to provide service: store details such as name of the store, domain name, owner information (name and contact information), files and products.
Additionally, the application is granted the ability to read and write files and products to be able to provide file management services.
A copy of the file metadata alone is stored on our servers to render file management services. The actual files themselves are never stored on our servers. Additionally, store information is kept on the server as well to verify auth and subscription statuses.
Finally, we may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests, or to otherwise protect our rights.
